On June 5 & 7*, we completed maximum single-rep overhead squats and overhead walking lunges. The maximum overhead squats were performed for max weight while avoiding degradation in technique. The maximum overhead lunges were completed in sets of 10 strides (5 per leg). Each repetition had to be completed without a mid-stride toe tap or loss of balance.
