A couple of CCF members brought friends in late September.

On September 27th, Ruthless and James invited a few friends to share a WOD, CCF style. Pat and Katie seemed to have a good time while learning a few fundamental movements and then testing them out in a fun 6-minute AMRAP of pushups, sit-ups and squats. The AMRAP was fine, especially with a little extra spice thrown in for the veterans.
