KDog did not let a little shoulder issue prevent her from overhead squating. 1-arm OH KB squats were a substitute for barbell overhead squats and, they can be, well, interesting. The ramp up was slow and steady, but Karlene and Hélène managed to push decent weight during the first half of their WOD on Saturday.
