Rowing sprints capped off the 1-arm snatch and front squats.

If you saw the 1-arm dumbbell snatch and front squat photos earlier this week...we left something out. After the tech and heavy lifting work, we spiced it up a little. CCFers topped off their WOD with three sets of 90-second sprints. As you can see, once they recovered, this group (Heather, Nishad, Luc and James) took it in stride. And, of course, Luc had to be a goof ball.
