Nearly everyone got to lift the heavy stuff last week with a crack at the 3-3-3-3-3-3 deadlift. Here's a bunch of the gang in fine form.
Grip did not appear to be an issue for anyone, even for multiple reps at max weight. Don't know if the phat bar or the dead lift challenge had anything to do with it, but the whole lot had amazing grip. The wrist straps just sat there, unused. Excellent.
