"Fran" makes a comeback at CCF. Practically every one of us had the opportunity to have a date with her late in May.
It's no surprise that her name is made up of four letters that start with "f". She's a [fill in the blank].
James, Hélène, Rory and Heather worked through the three rounds of 21-15-9 thrusters and pull ups in good form. Heather even christened the jerk boxes as supports between thruster sets. Hey, somebody had to do it. ;)
