Luc and Wendy tackled the kettle bell and box jump WOD after having worked through Turkish Getup tech with dumbbells and barbells.
The WOD was a punisher, offering little relief until the reps were done or the 10-minute cap reached. Both finished with some time to spare, despite Wendy's struggle with grip on the KB. I need more CHALK!
Luc also managed with a 65lb KB to compensate for the need for a lower box given his troublesome but recovering ankle.
