We practiced snatch balance last week. It's trickier than it looks.
Don't be fooled. Snatch balance is a tough technique to perfect, and it's tougher the more you load.
- Step #1: quick jump
- Step #2: extend the arms as you are squatting down as fast as you can muster
- Step #3: catch the bar with locked out arms at the bottom of the movement
- Step #4: show control by maintaining balance at the bottom
